Tips for Using Acne Soap

  • Don’t over-wash – 2x a day max! Over-washing = more oil.
  • Follow with a gentle moisturiser – Even acne-prone skin needs hydration!
  • If using a soap – Start 2-3 x a week, then increase if no irritation.
  • For body acne – Leave soap on for a minute before rinsing to let the ingredients work.

Acne-prone skin is characterised by an increased tendency to develop acne, a common skin condition that manifests as pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, and sometimes cysts or nodules.

This type of skin is typically more sensitive to hormonal changes, stress, and certain dietary factors, leading to excess oil production, clogged pores, and inflammation.

People with acne-prone skin often face challenges in managing breakouts and maintaining clear skin.

Effective skincare routines for skin typically include gentle cleansing, exfoliation, and the use of products that avoid further clogging of pores.

Consistent care is essential in controlling and reducing acne outbreaks, promoting healthier skin.
